Production Stage

Our Story | Let's Begin | What Is Sublimation? | Preparation Stage | Production Stage

Fabricate Creations ... to make by art or skill and labor; construct.

Production is the last stage where we provide both the blank product and the transfer print for production, and you schedule a date/time to visit our production work area using our equipment and guidance to create your product(s).

What to expect at production time:

    1. We will have your blank product and transfer print ready.
    2. You will prepare the surface of the blank product with rubbing alcohol or a lint roller to ensure the surface is clean and dry.
    3. You will trim the transfer print to fit the blank product.
    4. You will place and tape the transfer print onto the blank product surface.
    5. You will apply the transfer process using the appropriate heat press for pressure, time, and temperature settings as guided by us.
    6. You will remove the product from the heat press at the completion of the transfer process, remove the transfer print paper, and then let the item cool.

Sublimation Production Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the sublimation printing process, slight variations in color, placement, and overall finish may occur. While every effort is made to ensure high-quality results, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection in each item produced.

Factors such as material composition, heat press conditions, environmental variables, and file quality can influence the final outcome. Minor imperfections—including small color shifts, faint press marks, or slight misalignments—are considered normal and are not deemed defects.

For a more detailed description of these production terms please read the Terms document. By proceeding with you this production, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations as part of the sublimation process.

Summary

You have prepped your blank product and transfer print, taped the print securely to the blank product, and then applied the transfer process. You have collaborated in producing your own creation, which means you have worked wit our guidance and use of the transfer heat equipment in completing the Production stage. Congratulations on a job well done!
