Sublimation Production Disclaimer
Due to the nature of the sublimation printing process, slight variations in color, placement, and overall finish may occur. While every effort is made to ensure high-quality results, we cannot guarantee absolute perfection in each item produced.
Factors such as material composition, heat press conditions, environmental variables, and file quality can influence the final outcome. Minor imperfections—including small color shifts, faint press marks, or slight misalignments—are considered normal and are not deemed defects.
For a more detailed description of these production terms please read the Terms document. By proceeding with this production, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations as part of the sublimation process.
*With dye sublimation orders, there will be some inconsistencies that occur from print to print. For example, white wrinkles can appear where the garment was not laying perfectly flat. These types of issues are most likely going to happen along seams, around collar, or around the arm pit area. Also, “ghosting” can occur where the dye gas settles into surrounding elements within the design and if this occurs it may result in some unintentional color shadowing within the design.
We do not issue refunds/discounts or accept returns for orders that have these types of issues.
*ALL DYE SUBLIMATION SALES ARE FINAL

COLOR MATCHING DISCLAIMER
Sublimation printing involves printing from a solid to a gas onto a finished product. During the process, we strive to achieve colors desired, but some variations of certain colors can and will be altered.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING.
COLOR VIEWING DISCLAIMER
Due to many contributing factors, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on the website/phone or other viewing devices will exactly match the color of the product. There are many variables which can change the way you "see" the colors as you view on your device. Screens are capable of displaying up to 32 million colors and the human eye can only decipher a very small fraction of those colors. Within that small fraction, we all see them differently. In addition, people's device manufacture and or settings may influence how colors are displayed depending on brightness and contrast.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE COLOR MATCHING.
LIFE OF COLOR DISCLAIMER
Because of how the sublimation process works, extended exposure to sun (as with most anything) will eventually cause fading. Many of our products have an extra UV coating added to them to slow-down this process. We want your product to look great for as long as possible and do our best to ensure they will.
END PRODUCT DESIGN PROOF
Colors on the proof image may vary on the actual end product. Small variations from original design may occur. It is the FULL Responsibility of the buyer to check spelling errors, logo placement, etc. By completing the Preparation Stage, it is the buyer's confirmation that design has been approved.
