How do we get started?

First thing of importance, we only operate in support of Westwood Shores (WS) POA residents. Product requests are accepted if the account name and address match WS POA records.

Creation Process

We follow a three-stage process.

Stage One

After submitting an order, you enter the "Pending" stage. While in this initial stage we will verify your Westwood Shores residence status and assess the spec requirements of any submitted files. This is usually within 3 business days.

Stage Two

Once verified, we move to the "Preparation" stage and compile your design request for your approval. This is usually within 3 business days. We will notify you when your product(s) proof is ready for approval. Approval is required to enter the next stage or cancellation.

Stage Three

The "Production" stage is the last stage, where we will prepare both the blank product and the transfer print for production, and you schedule a timeslot to visit our production work area using our equipment and guidance to create your product(s).
