Preparation Stage

Personalized Custom Creations You have selected your blank product. Upload your own picture(s) image or selected one of our predesigns, and maybe added a message. You have collaborated in designing your own creation ! In this stage a proof of concept design, based on your product options, is sent to you for final approval or a cancellation request. Stage Two Once verified, we move to the "Preparation" stage and compile your design request for your approval. This is usually within 3 business days. We will notify you when your product(s) proof is ready for approval. Approval is required to enter the next stage or cancellation.

Upon submission of this order you enter the Pending stage. With a successful confirmation of your Westwood Shores ownership you receive a notice moving you into the Preparation stage and directions on followup.

Based on your design option chosen you may be

1. 1. doing nothing but waiting on us to send you a proof (observer),
   2. gathering and submitting image files for us to insert into a predesigned template for you (historian), or
   3. downloading the corresponding DIY design template and doing the designing as a complete DIY for submission (designer).

Once you have completed the Preparation stage you are notified your order has entered the "Production" stage. At that point you will need to schedule your timeslot for production. Opens in New Window. Do not worry, directions will be provided in the notice.
