Upon submission of an order you entered the Pending stage. With a successful confirmation of your Westwood Shores ownership you receive a notice moving you into the Preparation stage and outlining your next steps.

Based on your design option chosen you may be

1. 1. doing nothing but waiting on us to move you to the Production stage,
   2. gathering and providing image file(s) for us to insert, or maybe even you, into a ready made design, or
   3. capturing a ready made third party design file to fit your DIY blank template and/or planning and designing as a complete DIY design using our design tools.

Signing off with final design approval is required. That approval is based on your design option selected and the design image sent to you for final approval. No approval on your part at this stage will result in an order cancelation.

Summary

You have determined your blank product and may have either selected one of our ready made designs with a custom message or maybe provided your own design altogether. Whatever choice you made, you have collaborated in designing your own creation, which means you have worked with us in completing the Preparation stage and been notified your order has entered the "Production" stage.

Tip: At that point you will need to schedule your timeslot for production. Do not worry, directions will be provided in the Production notice.
